Returns and Warranty Policy

Ordering Online

When ordering online through the online store, all payments must be made imminently through pay pal. If you do not have pay pal, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will work out an arrangement.


There is a $20.00 inc GST freight charge per order. When ordering multiple products a flat charge of $20.00 will occur. If your order is received before 12pm, we can send the order on the same day via Australia Post or via APD in the Adelaide Metro area. Parcels will arrive in approx. 2 to 5 Business days.


Our goods come with a 12 month warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


The costs associated with a claim made against these warranties (i.e. postage) are to be borne by you.

The warranty does not cover failure of parts or components due to normal wear and/or damage due to misuse, corrosion, negligence, accidental damage, faulty installation or tampering by the purchaser or third party.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim

  • Customers must first fill out a web form providing their name, contact details, product and warranty claim within the Warranty period for repair, replacement or refund.
  • The Customer will then receive details to whether or not the product can be claimed through warranty, if so, instructions on how to proceed will be delivered   
  • When sending product back, the parcel MUST include the receipt

When returning goods via shipping you would be responsible for the freight costs.
